Japanese style chef knife.

Blade: forge to shape from car suspension spring coil. Deferential heat treated.

Hardness: Around 62+ RC.

Bevel geometry: Flat grind primary edge with 17 degrees secondary edge.

Handel material: Very oily African wood with plastic spacer and ebony guard with two coat of boiled linseed oil.

Handle construction: Hidden tang.

Overall length: 305mm
