Product Details
Design for curving spoon, tablespoon, ladle and a bowl type dishes.
Blade: Deferential heat treated spring steel.
Hardness: 58-60 RC.
Bevel geometry: round edge* with flat grind bevel. No secondary edge.
Handel material: Seasoned oak with two coats of furniture wax
Handle construction: 3/4 length tang glued with two ton long curing epoxy.
Fitting: Brass furl neck to model CK1.
Overall length: 200mm
Blade length: ~85mm
Blade width: 12-15 mm
Blade thickness: 2.5-3mm.
Blade finish: 800 grit buffed finish.
